  Commonwealth Secretariat’s Working Group on Legal Reform and Digitisation – an international body, set up with a view to sharing with other commonwealth jurisdictions the knowledge and experience of the Electronic Trade Document legislation that I implemented in England and Wales 

 D2 Legal Technology (D2LT) is an award-winning legal data consulting firm acting as a trusted advisor to institutions on process, data and the use of technology to unlock business value through legal change.  

 Established in 2025, the International Jurisdiction Taskforce (IJT) is an independent panel that brings together legal experts from the most widely used private law systems worldwide, including the United Kingdom, United States, France, Singapore, the European Union, Australia, and Japan. 

 An international body, with a remit to provide thought leadership in the digital economy across the globe 

Co-chaired (with Lord Justice Fraser) on Electronic Execution of Documents; a Ministry of Justice body tasked with increasing the use of electronic documentary execution in both the private and the public sphere. 

Final Report was published in 2023.

  IDAC (also known as the International Digital Asset Committee) is an organisation focused on promoting education, developing expertise, and raising awareness about digital assets and their potential use cases. It aims to integrate digital assets into society in a healthy ecosystem.
